Tom TELESCO
Managing Principal
In a career that spans more than three decades and over a $1 billion in construction, Tom has led some of the most monumental and successful builds in Miami history – American Airlines Arena, Aqualina Resort & Club, Espirito Santo Plaza, 900 Biscayne Plaza and the iconic Blue and Green Diamonds.
Construction is in Tom’s DNA. He’s a third-generation builder who is also a graduate of the prestigious Jacob School of Management. He’s a leader who learned what the word means as United States Marine deployed in The Middle East.
After serving is country, Tom teamed up with his father, a renowned architect, and together the two of them would design and build some of Miami’s hottest nightspots. Eventually, Tom’s ability began getting noticed by some of Miami’s major players. With his father’s blessing, Tom set off to prove himself on more intensive builds. It wasn’t long before he was spearheading some of the biggest projects in the city – running sites of 1,000 workers and managing hundreds of suppliers.
Tom wasn’t just building iconic addresses. He was perfecting a process that brought together every area of design and construction – budgeting, permitting, preconstruction, materials, suppliers, timing, relationships and more. It became his blueprint for the process that guides every Telesco build today.
As the President of Telesco Construction, Tom’s on your site wearing a hardhat and vest. He’s the guy with real answers when you call. He’s the guy engaged and leading your build every step of the way with a skillset learned running some of the biggest jobs in Miami history.
